I am more than happy to leave this wonderful review for Trish, she has been great to work with, responsive and it is apparent that she cares about the product and quality that is being put out. I purchased elsewhere and I emailed for almost a week before getting a response, and the tallow was over processed, not communicated that it was not suet, and was white like the color of paper and soft like a sponge, wasted money because I was looking for real tallow, similar to what I would make myself. I finally found it with Trish, I am so grateful to have found her.
