We carefully package all tallow products before they are shipped to help ensure they arrive safely. Once an order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for the shipment while it is in transit.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and the damaged product. This documentation may be required to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps. When applicable, we will work with the shipping carrier to submit a claim.

Carrier Damage or Loss

We are not responsible for damage, loss, or destruction of a package caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been properly packaged and handed over to the carrier. Any claim or reimbursement is subject to the carrier’s policies, investigation, and applicable liability limits.
We will assist with the carrier claim process when appropriate; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome or amount of reimbursement provided by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Tallow Products & Temperature Changes

Tallow is a natural product and may soften, melt, or become firm depending on temperatures during shipping. Changes in texture or consistency caused by normal temperature fluctuations are not considered product damage.
